Cancellation Policy

We respect your time is valuable and appreciate that you understand Michelle's is too. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. The fee for cancelled bookings is equal to the value of the consultation fee for the appointment that has been cancelled. Any cancellations that occur 48 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.

Purchasing, Shipping and Handling Policy

Before Purchase, things you must do before purchasing products on our website, you must:

• be 18 years old or have parental consent.

• provide complete and accurate information to us, including account information, and promptly inform us of any updates to your information.

• pay for the product via the published payment methods available.

• be careful with your order because after placing an order we may not be able to cancel it as it will have been processed and paid for by us.

• we do not provide refunds for changes of mind, where a problem with the product is due to your misuse, failure to comply with instructions or where you fail to take reasonable care of the product.*we do not warrant the quality of the products or warrant that they will meet your expectations.

• if we need to cancel your order, we will provide a full refund due to us being unable to fulfill the order.

• you acknowledge and agree that there may be occasional errors or omissions in product descriptions, prices, shipping charges, delivery times, availability and promotions.

• contact Australia Post or the courier company directly if you have late, stolen or damaged deliveries.

• contact us by email at info@vitalachi.com.au if you have any issues with the product and require a refund.

All client records will be kept confidential and will not be released without the clients written consent. This includes information about the client’s current treatment plan and any future consultation for which the client seeks treatment.

Recording of sessions - Client will not record the session (either by audio or visual means) without prior consent from the therapist.

I affirm that I am seeking self-help and advice in natural health or educational matters only, and if I desire a diagnosis or treatment for any medical condition I must consult a physician.
